When I started working in the club visuals industry I was always interested in how to bring Christmas inspired visuals into the bar and club world without it being too religious or disrespectful to religious Christians. I quickly learned that you can't please everybody and then I learned the part 2 of that lesson, Don't try to please everybody or even care to.
So we released VJWorld Visuals Trippin' On Christmas it is around 35 mins long and incorporates the lights and imagery of the season and a little of the religiosity, it is "Christmas" the celebration of the birth of Jesus. The visual gives a room the club vibe with the Christmas tones, lots of red, white and green. You may only use it for a couple of weeks each year but for a release that is priced under $10 that's a pretty great deal all in all.
The great thing about getting into the Christmas spirit is that it also let's you be a little more generous and giving than you would normally be, it let's you reflect on the year you just had and prepare for new beginnings with New Years just around the corner. Without Christmas in society or in the club scene it would just be another couple of weeks in another year and that's a train I don't want to be on. Enjoy and Merry Christmas to all.
